The Rainbow Snake Project
Display Design:
Wilsons River Heritage Centre, Lismore

In 1988 the Lismore City Council had completed the construction of the "Wilsons River Heritage Centre", a multi-purpose heritage activity gallery and also as a Tourist Information Centre. Alfredo Bonanno was employed to produce the first Interior Design Display. The design of the display took a look at the highlights from the district starting from the pre-history, through the early white settlement to nowadays. Approximately seventeen local groups and over five hundred people from the community pooled their creative resources to produce this unique exhibition.
